Evergrande shares slip after deal to raise $273 million in a business sale


China Evergrande, a real estate development company that is indebted, will raise approximately $273 million through the sale of the remaining shares of filmmaking and streaming company Henten Networks, as per the filing released ahead of the Thursday market open .

Evergrande shares fell by more than 1% on Thursday morning trading. HengTen shares rose 23%.
